Socioeconomic Differences in the Transition From Higher Education to the Labour Market: A Systematic Review

چکیده

The transition from higher education to the labour market is considered an important and uncertain life stage wherein young adults exchange academic environment for often-chaotic entry into market. Specifically, graduates with a lower socioeconomic status (SES), this involves several difficulties. Investigating these persisting SES differences in becoming more relevant given increasing participation of students backgrounds education. This systematic review studies by looking through lens resource acquisition. results demonstrate that have difficulty finding suitable employment often experience job quality. Moreover, our findings show strong interdependence between importance different forms capital (implicit) symbolic value attached capitals makes it difficult overcome barriers transition.
